Consider the following scenario:
You enable the Address Book Policy Routing agent in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 environment.
A mailbox is hidden from the global address list (GAL).
You send an email message to the mailbox or to a distribution list that contains the mailbox.
In this scenario, you receive a non-delivery report (NDR) message that contains the following:
532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad StoreDriver MDB properties
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
2961810 Cumulative Update 6 for Exchange Server 2013
To work around this issue, unhide the recipient from the GAL, or disable the Address Book Policy Routing agent.
This issue occurs because the Address Book Policy Routing agent cannot resolve the recipient object that is hidden from the GAL.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
