Symptoms
When you use Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Outlook Web App to access shared folders that are shared from a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 mailbox, you receive the following error message:
A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox
Cause
This issue occurs because a special mailbox property is not converted correctly to MAPI for Outlook Web App.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 10 for Exchange Server 2013.
