When this issue occurs, users cannot connect to an application sharing session as a viewer in a conference in Microsoft Skype for Business or Microsoft Lync 2013. This issue occurs on users who install a Dolphin accessibility driver.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the May 12, 2015, security update for Skype for Business.

Note Lync 2013 is upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
