In addition to collecting the information that is described earlier, this diagnostic package can detect one or more of the following symptoms:

Verify Dynamics GP is on a supported version

Verify SQL Server 2008 R2 at least SP1 installed

Verify companies in Dynamics GP have existing SQL DB

Check for 32 bit ODBC DSN

Check for 64-bit Dexterity Shared Components on 64-bit OS
