This article describes the information that is collected from a computer when you run the Microsoft Dynamics GP Baseline Diagnostic. It with also run analysis scripts against the collected data to determine if there are data consistency issues.

In addition to collecting the information that is described earlier, this diagnostic package can detect one or more of the following symptoms:

  • Verify Dynamics GP is on a supported version

  • Verify SQL Server 2008 R2 at least SP1 installed

  • Verify companies in Dynamics GP have existing SQL DB

  • Check for 32 bit ODBC DSN

  • Check for 64-bit Dexterity Shared Components on 64-bit OS

  • Sql Data Files have been collected

  • Local Data Files have been collected
