Identity Manager. If you have a distributed FIM environment, then you will need to run the diagnostic on each machine that contains a FIM Server component. (e.g. FIM Synchronization Server, FIM Service Server, FIM Portal Server). You can also run it on a client machine if you are experiencing issues with FIM on the client.
