You see "Setting up..." messages for one or more of the following services in the Microsoft 365 admin center:

  • CRM

  • Exchange

  • Identity Service

  • Mobile Device Management

  • Office 365 Portal

  • Office Subscription

  • OneDrive for Business

  • Planner

  • Power BI

  • Rights Management Service

  • SharePoint

  • Skype for Business

  • Sway

  • Yammer Enterprise


Check the health of the services that are experiencing the problem. For more information about how to check the service health status, go to View the status of your services.

If the health of all affected services looks good, and if more than 24 hours have passed since you first saw this issue, contact Office 365 Technical Support.

We understand that 24 hours may seem like a long time. In many cases, we're already working on a solution. Please give us at least 24 hours to complete a solution.
