"The field with ID '65543' does not exist in table 'VendPurchOrderJour'" error message when you print a purchase order confirmation in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 with the FPK layer installed

Symptoms

Assume that you install hotfix 2630372 or Cumulative Update 3 in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 with the FPK layer installed. Then you generate a purchase order. In this situation, when you print the purchase order from the "Confirm purchase order" form, you receive the following error message:

The field with ID '65543' does not exist in table 'VendPurchOrderJour'.

However, the purchase order is printed successfully.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.
