Symptom

In Admin Center user is unable to see this new toggle button for new Relevance Search V2 Feature.

Use the Org link to check Org Settings using this Web API:

https://<Org URL>/api/data/v9.1/organizations and see canoptoutnewsearchexperience is null

Resolution

Pre-Requisite: Make sure to verify DB version and CRM Server Version were in sync. Use Unify to check DB version and Help -> About on the Org for CRM Server Version. If not same then get the DB updated for both to be in Sync.

Document mentions that this toggle is not always available. It is available only if Customer was already using Old Relevance Search before the bits were updated with new Search code.
