When trying to use a particular Deferral Profile, I receive the following message: “You do not have permission to change the default debit\credit amounts.”What steps can be taken to resolve this message?


Answer:


Check the following Setups:



Under Setup-Financial-Deferral, check to see if All User Access to Profile is marked as Yes or No.Change the setting to Yes and check to see if the message returns.


Check to see what users have access to the profile.This can be done under Setup-Financial-Deferral Profile, then clicking on the User Access Button.


If the User has access to the profile, the profile may be damaged.Create a new Profile with the same attributes as the previous profile.
