Click this easy fix button to uninstall and completely clean up your Office installation.

Select Save File, and then OK.

In the upper-right browser window, select Show all downloads.

In the Library, select Downloads > O15CTRRemove.digicab, and then select the folder icon.

Double-click the O15CTRRemove.digicab.

The Uninstall Microsoft Office wizard launches. Select Next.

Select Apply this fix and follow through the rest of the screens.

On completion of the easy fix tool, you'll get an Uninstallation successful screen, and then be prompted to restart your computer for changes to take effect. Select Next.

After restarting, install Office again. Use the table below to find the correct sign in location to install your version of Microsoft 365.
Go to: https://www.office.com/signin. Sign in with the personal Microsoft account you associated with Office, or the username and password you use with your work or school account.
Note:Â If you're having trouble signing in, check that you're using the correct email and password. If you still can't sign in you may be using a different Microsoft 365 service and have a different sign in location, see Sign in to Office or Microsoft 365 and select the Web browser tab.
