Introduction
The article describes that a country-specific update is available for Russia on profit tax declaration for separate divisions in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
More Information
Income tax for separate divisions is calculated on the base of average number of employees (or labor costs) and the residual value of fixed assets.The taxpayers should calculate and pay income tax in tax authorities according to sub-divisions location. Such clarification leads financial ministry in a letter dated October 10, 2011 № 03-03-06/1/640.The update includes:

New register Profit allocation by separate divisions is added to the register list GL/Setup/Profit Tax/Registers.

New parameters are added for the register Profit allocation by separate divisions:

Sequence – defines the sequence number for profit base counter. Use the button Specific setup the sequence, in window Sequence, press button Counter.

Fixed asset types - defines the asset types which should be selected for average depreciated cost calculated.

Employee data calculation - defines the type of Payroll module data calculation: Average headcount or Average salaryIf the payroll module is activated, more parameters have to be set up Staff accounting/Income Tax/ Setup/Tax calculation settings. -see details in KB 2920607.If the payroll module is activated, more parameters have to be set up Staff accounting/Income Tax/ Setup/Tax calculation settings. -see details in KB 2920607

New type of tax code - Profit tax is added.

To calculate the register Profit allocation by separate divisions (General Ledger/Periodic/Profit tax/Profit Tax allocation):

Create the tax register journal.

Create the register as a line of this journal.

Calculate the register in two steps:
-
Using the button Register calculation->Prepare data. The allocation of depreciated cost and payroll module data will be executed. If the payroll module is not activated, the payroll data should be entered manually on the form Profit tax allocation details.

Using the button Register calculation->Calculate current. As calculation result, the system identifies the taxable base percentage and selects the tax code for separate divisions.

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 installed to apply this hotfix.
Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
