This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2009 R2 for all regions.

Symptoms

Assume that you create a sales transaction in Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail 2009 R2 Refresh POS and in Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail 2009 R2 POS. Then, you suspend the transaction. However the suspended transaction does not display the information about the item and the quantity.

Installation information and prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2009 R2 Refresh POS or Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2009 R2 POS installed.Before you install the hotfix, close Retail POS, and make a backup of the store databases. Extract the hotfix files to a folder, and then, in the retailpos subfolder in the extract location, double-click AxUpdate.exe. Follow the instructions in the Setup wizard. When installation is complete, restart Retail POS, and log on as usual.

Restart requirement

You may be prompted to restart the computer after you install the hotfix.

The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
