After you install Cumulative update for Windows 10: September 13, 2016 (KB3185611), ActiveX control installations that use the ActiveX Installer Service (AXIS) may fail.

To fix this issue, install this update from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

Note If you have installed previous Windows 10 updates, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed to your computer. If you are installing a Windows 10 update package for the first time, the package for the x86 version is 460 MB and the package for the x64 version is 0.99 GB.
