Issue

How to add the Serial/Lot Number to the Inventory Transaction Inquiry Report

Resolution

Go into report writer and open up the IV Inventory Transaction Inquiry report.

1. Click on the Tables button in the Reports Definition window.

2. Double click the Inventory Transaction Amounts History table.

3. Double click the Item Serial and Lot Number History table.

4. Click on the Restrictions button on the Report Definition window.

5. Select new.

6. Name the restriction new.

7. Select Item Serial and Lot Number History in the Report table field.

8. Select Document Number for the Table Fields.

9. Select the Add Field button.

10. Select the equal sign (=).

11. Select the Add Field button again to add the Document Number from the Item Serial and Lot Number History table.

12. Go into the layout of the report and pull the Serial/Lot Number field from the Item Serial and Lot Number History table onto the B section of the report.

13. Give yourself security access to the report (Setup |System | Security).
