If you're having issues with the Money app, you've come to the right place.
There are a few simple things that you can do to resolve most issues with MSN apps.-
First, be sure that you have a connection to the internet. If you are on a mobile device and away from Wi-Fi hotspots, be sure that you have allowed the device to use your cellular service.

Next, be sure that you are signed in with your Microsoft account and that you are using the same Microsoft account on devices that you want to share information.

If you are using the app for the first time, it may download updates and some features may respond slower than expected.
If you see a specific error message, send feedback from within the app and include the error message in your feedback.

Open Settings for this app.

Tap Options and select “Edition” and then select the country and language.

Select the country and language combination for the edition of the app.

Select or tap on the search box (listed as Symbol/Company/Index next to a magnifying glass). A search bar will appear at the top of the screen. Enter your query in the box.

Select the option from the drop-down box to complete the search.

Select the Favorite icon (+next to a Star) to add to Watchlist.
NOTE: You don’t need to be signed into an MSA to add to the local Watchlist, however for it to sync to other platforms/devices you need to be. We may want to add a note about this.

Swipe to the Watchlist section.

Tap and hold the tile for the item you want to move around.

Drag the item to the location where you want it.

Swipe down from the top of the screen or right-click with your mouse, then tap or select the Watchlist button.

Tap or select the tile with the + symbol.

Search for a stock/fund/ETF/index using its ticker or company name and select the entry from the list. You can identify the exchange name along with the ticker and company name.

You can distinguish the international stocks by the exchange short name on the tiles in your Watchlist.

In the Market section, scroll down to World Markets.

At the header for World Markets select the See All > link.

Swipe to select Americas, Europe or Asia Pacific.

Select an index will take you to a page with more detailed information.

In the Money app, swipe to the Market section.

Tap the index that you want to view.

You can also search for additional markets by using the Search icon at the bottom of the screen.

The index page will open. Scroll to the right to see movers, constituents and other information about the index. Stock prices are displayed along with the trading time information and charts on the stock details page.-
Use the Search field, enter the full name or ticker symbol for a stock, fund or ETF and select the matching entry from the list.

The stock page will open. Scroll to the right to view statistics, financials, and other information about the company.

Swipe to the right until you get to the News section. You'll find a selection of featured sources of financial news.

Tap or select your choice to go straight to content from that source. You can always search in the search bar for more stories.

From Markets, select the exchange you would like to review.

From the exchange overview page swipe to Movers, where gainers are listed.
If you have tried the 3 basic steps at the top of this article and still have this problem, please provide feedback from within the app by opening the hamburger menu and selecting feedback and then provide as much detail as you can.
Make sure that you're logged in with the same account that you were using when you made the changes.
If you've just installed and launched your app for the first time and you don't see the Financial Institution logos, just close and re-launch your app and you should see them.

From Markets, scroll down to Currencies and then select See All > on the right site of the Currencies header.
