Why is the Apply button dimmed when I enter Multicurrency Cash Receipts?
Answer:
When you enter a Multicurrency Cash Receipt using the Cash Receipts Entry window (Transactions - Sales - Cash Receipts), the Apply button is dimmed because Multicurrency Cash Receipts can't be applied until they've been posted. If you wish to apply the cash receipt you're entering, post it. Then open the Apply Sales Document window (Transactions - Sales - Apply) to apply the cash receipt.
