Symptoms
This issue occurs after you apply the May 12, 2015, security update for an Arabic version of Microsoft Skype for Business. When this issue occurs, the Arabic text in Microsoft Outlook will be displayed as it is in the following screen shot:
Status
A resolution for this issue is scheduled for a future update for Skype for Business.
Note Microsoft Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
