Privately Mention People in Your Notes
By drawing the @ symbol you can quickly get a list of people to privately mention in your notes. Using an @mention will not share your notes with them. You can @mention people as a faster way to reference them and you can use Search to find them later.
Write the @ Symbol
When you write the @ symbol, a list of people will appear. The list contains people that you have had activity with from your account. On pages with a Meeting Header, the attendees in the meeting will be shown at the top of the list.
Search for People
You can search for people that aren’t in the list by writing their name immediately to the right of the @ symbol. It may take a few seconds for results to obtained from your account.
Add a Person
When you tap a person from the list of people, the @ symbol and any letters you drew will be replaced by their avatar or initials.
Person Details
You can tap that person’s avatar to see more details about them, or take other actions on the @mention like Delete or Copy.
Search for @ Mentions
You can quickly filter the side panel to find mentions of people within a journal:
-
To search for all mentions, tap the Filter button on the Side Panel and tap the button.
-
To search for a specific person, enter their name in the Search Box .
-
Use the Pages or Cards tabs on the Side Panel to navigate through the results and tap any of them to navigate your journal to that result.
You can learn more about searching in the Search and Filter article.
Sharing Pages with @ Mentions
If you choose to email or share a copy of the page (from the Page Menu), anyone mentioned on the page will be included as a recipient. You can remove or add others before you send.
