Symptoms
After you reload Bing webpage Internet Explorer 11, Bing WebGL panorama homepage is blank. Additionally, panning displays cube map that looks incorrect.
Cause
This issue occurs because the headers indicate that a resource that can be shared Cross-origin is not retained in the cache. Therefore, when the page is reloaded and the Cross-origin image is loaded from the cache, the Cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) check fails and the image cannot be drawn in the WebGL canvas.
Resolution

Workaround
To work around this issue, you can clear the Internet Explorer cache.
