Symptoms 

When you upgrade a Skype for Business Server 2019 environment to Skype for Business Server Subscription Edition, the Export-CsRGSConfiguration cmdlet is no longer supported. The command fails, and you receive the following error message: 

Command should run fine Error: Export-CsRgsConfiguration: Cannot bind parameter 'Source' to the target. Exception setting "Source": "The service with ID "2-ApplicationServer-11" is of service version "9", which is an unsupported version for this parameter." It appears that the associated service can no longer handle the Export-CsRGSConfiguration command in the latest version 9 (SfB SE).

Resolution 

To fix this issue, install the following hotfix updates accordingly:
