When you select the Choose File to Send option in Microsoft Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013) to upload a file in a persistent room, and then click the send button, you can’t open or save the file.


To fix this issue, install the June 13, 2017, security update (KB3191939) for Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013).

Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
