When you select the Choose File to Send option in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 to upload a file in a persistent room, and then click on the send button, you can’t open or save the file.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the June 13, 2017, security update (KB3203382) for Skype for Business 2016.
