I have setup my National Accounts but when I go to the Cash Receipts Entry window ( Transactions - Sales - Cash Receipts ), the Auto Apply to Cust ID/National Account selection does not appear on the window. Why isn't it there?
Most likely this is due to the registration keys. You are always able to get into the Cards windows, whether the module is registered or not. Check in Help - Options to see if National Accounts is marked as registered.
