Category shortcuts stopped working after installing Version 1901 (Build 11231.20130) update for Outlook for Windows

Last Updated: March 5, 2019

Category Shortcut functions may stop working after installing update Version 1901 (Build 11231.20130) and later builds.

An example of a category shortcut function is if you assign commands such as CTRL + F2 to set the Blue category.

This issue is fixed in Current Channel Version 1902 (Build 11328.20146) and higher.  To get the latest update immediately, open Outlook and choose File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.

For information on available builds, go to Update History.
