Class Notebook Add-in stopped working

If you see a notification that the Class Notebook Add-in has stopped working, or get this message while opening OneNote desktop:

"Sorry, OneNote was unable to start at this time."

Quit any programs that are still running, then restart your computer. Open OneNote again.

If you're using OneNote 2016, check to see if you need to update your app.
