Microsoft Copilot is an AI-powered digital assistant designed to help you with a range of tasks and activities. Activity history is a record of the things you type in Copilot and the AI-assisted responses you receive.
From the privacy dashboard, you can clear your Copilot activity history only for Copilot experiences that rely on Bing. For example, Microsoft Copilot (previously named Bing Chat) and Copilot in Windows.
Note: You can’t clear Copilot activity history for Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps as part of Microsoft Copilot Pro from the privacy dashboard.
How to clear your Copilot activity history from the privacy dashboard
To clear your Copilot activity history from the privacy dashboard:

Sign in to the privacy dashboard with your personal Microsoft account.

Go to Manage your activity data > Browsing and search and open the Copilot activity history section.

Select Clear all Copilot activity history and search history.
Warning:

If you clear your Copilot activity history, you will also clear your search history.

You won’t be able to recover or restore this data.

Review the information in the Are you sure you want to clear your search and activity history dialog.

If you’re sure you want to clear this information, select Clear.
