Summary

ClickOnce applications will not launch on Windows 10 systems from the built-in administrator account by default. TheAdmin Approval Mode Policy must be enabled in order for ClickOnce applications to launch

Workaround

Consider launching from a different user account. Alternatively you may enable the Admin Approval Mode Policy

All ClickOnce applications running on Windows 10 from the built-in Administrator account.
