Create an incident report
Upload your own template to create an incident report for safety incidents.

Go to Microsoft365.com/chat.

From Chat, select the Open icon (+) and select Upload

Use the file picker to navigate to and select the safety incident template you want to upload on your device. Once uploaded, the file appears as an attachment in your chat session.

Enter the following prompt in Chat or write your own. Select Send:
During today's shift, [briefly describe incident.] Use the template to write an incident report for clarity and completeness. This prompt quickly created a detailed report of an incident based on your own template. -
Keep chatting with Copilot to shape your report exactly the way you want it. You can ask Copilot which additional details to include in the report or get guidance on how to prevent similar incidents in the future.
