When you hover over your mouse pointer on an annotation in a whiteboard in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, you don't get a tooltip to know the names of the creator and modifier.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the May 9, 2017, security update (KB3191858) for Skype for Business 2016.
