Date and time are incorrect in a web-based application that is rendered in Internet Explorer 11 or Internet Explorer 10

Symptoms

When a JavaScript Dateobject is used in Internet Explorer 11, Internet Explorer 10, or applications that host the Internet Explorer WebBrowser control, the value for date and time is incorrect.

To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.
