Default Technician on PM Service Call


How is the technician on a Preventive Maintenance (PM) service call determined when generating PM's (Transactions - Preventive Maint. - P.M. Edit List)?


Preventive Maintenance searches the following in the specified order:

Serial Technician 1

Customer Extension

Technician Skills

Service Type Default Technician

The first technician found will be the Tech ID that defaults.
