Summary

This article describes the issues that are fixed in the Microsoft Access 2010 hotfix package that is dated February 28, 2012.

INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

  • When you print or preview a report in Access 2010, an additional page is printed or previewed unexpectedly. This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:

    • There are empty sections at the bottom of the report.

    • The Force New Page┬áproperty is turned on in a section of the report that comes before the empty sections.


  • When you try to print more than one copy of a report by using Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code in Access 2010, only one copy of the report is printed.

Resolution

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problems that are described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problems described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.

The dates and the times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in the following table. When you view the file information, the date is converted to local time.
