INTRODUCTION
Microsoft has released an update for Microsoft Office 2013. This update provides the latest fixes for the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Office 2013 and Office Home and Student 2013 RT. Additionally, this update contains stability and performance improvements.
Issues that this update fixes

Consider one of the following scenarios:

You upgrade Office 2013 when there is a file that is pending download in Microsoft OneDrive or Microsoft OneDrive for Business and that has never been synced.

You delete a file that is pending synchronization in OneDrive for Business from the server.
In either scenario, the cache in the Microsoft Office Upload Center is corrupted.
