Summary

This article describes the issue that is fixed in the Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010 hotfix package that is dated April 24, 2012.

INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

Consider the following scenario:

  • You open a SharePoint site by using SharePoint Designer 2010.

  • You add the Collect Data from a User action to a workflow on the SharePoint site, and then you add the Person or Group field to the workflow so that you can enter multiple values in the workflow task form.

  • You run the workflow, and then you select more than one user in the workflow task form.

In this scenario, when you select multiple users by using People Picker in the workflow task form, only the first user who you select is submitted to the workflow task form.
