Issues that this hotfix package fixes

In this situation, you receive the following error message:

  • When you run a macro that performs some table manipulation such as populating the date in a table in Word 2010, it takes longer than expected for the macro to finish.

    • You delete a table or figure that has a caption in the document.

    • You update the table of figures.

In this situation, the table of figures is not updated correctly.

  • Assume that you set Square, Tight, Behind text, In front of text, Through, or Top and bottom as the Insert/paste pictures as value in the Word Options dialog box in Word 2010. When you insert a picture, the picture is inserted at the top of the page unexpectedly.
