Applies ToMicrosoft Lync 2013 Skype for Business

Symptoms

This issue occurs when you start a peer-to-peer video call in Microsoft Skype for Business that has the conferencing policy AllowIPVideo parameter set to False.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the June 7, 2016 update (KB3115033) for Microsoft Lync 2013 (Skype for Business).
