Introduction

Fiji announced on October 20, 2014 that the country's new daylight saving time (DST) schedule will start on November 2, 2014 and end on January 18, 2015. Windows currently has a DST start date of October 26 for the Fiji time zone. A hotfix is now available to adjust the DST settings for the Fiji time zone to the correct values.

Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
