Symptoms
When the ICredentialProviderCredentialEvents::OnCreatingWindow method is called in the ICredentialProviderCredential::SetSelected method in Windows 8.1, the ICredentialProviderCredentialEvents::OnCreatingWindow method returns the E_FAIL (0x80004005) error.
