Symptoms
You receive a "0x80070216" error message and Skype Room Systems v2 fails to update to Update 1 (build 2.0.2.0) during an automatic installation through Windows Store.
Cause
This error occurs because of an issue that is addressed in the March 22, 2017, update for Windows 10 (KB4016635).
Resolution
A fix for this problem is scheduled to be released soon through Windows Update.
To resolve this problem until the fix is available, manually install update 4016635. This will update the Skype Room Systems v2 device to Update 1 (build 2.0.2.0) automatically the next time that Windows Update runs on that device.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
