SYMPTOMS
In an Extender Inquiry window Microsoft Dynamics GP, you receive the following error message:
Product: Extender
Script: GetWindowValue()
Error: Unknown Identifier 'XXXXXXXX'.
Execution Script:
inout anonymous field io_value; if isopen(form 'YYYYY') then io_value = 'XXXXX' of window 'YYYYYY' of form 'YYYYYY'; end if;
Note In this error message, "XXXX" is an Extender key, such as '"V Document Number," and "YYYY" is an Extender form, such as "IV_Transaction_Inquiry."
CAUSE
s issue occurs because there is no Additional Key field selected in the Options button.
RESOLUTION

Click Tools , click Extender , and then click Extender . |

In the Extender Object area, click Inquiry , and then click the Extender Inquiry window in which you are receiving the error. |

In the Extender Inquiries window, click the Options button. |
|
4. |
Click to select the Use Alternate Key box. |
|
5. |
In the Alternate Keys section, select the first original field that appears. |
|
6. |
Click the Edit Selected Key icon, the pencil icon. |
|
7. |
From the Alternate Window drop-down list, select the alternate window that you are using. |
|
8. |
From the Alternate Field drop-down list, select the alternate field that matches the original field. |
|
9. |
Repeat these steps for any additional key fields that you are using. |

10. |
Click Save . |
