RAPID PUBLISHING

Symptoms
When you try to access the Security Groups window in Microsoft Forecaster, you receive the following message:
Security Groups and Routings are already being reviewed by another user. Try again later.
No other users are in Forecaster when you receive this error message.
Resolution
You must run the Recovery and Validate Database utilities in Forecaster to correct this.
Note If there are other users in Forecaster, they must log off before you follow these steps.

Click Tools and then click Recovery.

Click Yes to the message that appears.

When the Recovery process is complete, you should receive a message that asks if you want to run the Validate Database utility. Click Yes to this message.

Select the Validate Periods and the Validate Segments check boxes. Clear the Re-Index tables check box.

Click OK

Click Yes to the message that asks if you want to zap the report data. The Validate Database process can take some time, depending on the size of your database.

Click OK when the process has finished.

Cick Data and then click Restate. This will re-populate the reporting data that was zapped in step 6.

Click OK.
