Problem
When performing a RevoScaleR operation on an In-Teradata data source, the error "ORDER BY in subqueries" is reported.
Solution
Even though the SQL query string used to create the query passed to RevoScaleR function may not be a subquery, the query object passed to Teradata is treated as a subquery.
