When you try to perform a factory reset on a device that had image version 6.3.9600.17215 installed at the factory, and was later updated to version 6.3.9600.17312, the factory reset fails and puts the device into an unusable state.Note This update will not change the device version, and it remains as version 6.3.9600.17312.
