Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You deploy computers to Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows RT, Windows 8, or Windows Server 2012.

  • You try to copy the directory trees to the deployed computers by using the following command:

    Robocopy "Source"  "Destination" /E /R:2 /S /MIR

  • The directory trees contain SharePoint paths.

In this scenario, files under the SharePoint related paths cannot be copied.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install update rollup 2962409, or install update rollup 2962407. For more information about how to obtain these update rollup packages, click one of the following article numbers to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
