Symptoms
In R12 of the Oracle eBusiness suite, Oracle added what they call "Access control feature in Oracle Applications Multiple Organizations." This change introduces an additional step in the initialization of the user context, and it breaks the functionality of the BizTalk EBS adapter.Â

The fix that resolves this issue is included in Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2.Note This hotfix adds a new Binding Property for WCF-OracleEBS Adapter to resolve this issue.
