Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You configure log shipping in Microsoft BizTalk Server.

You have one or more instances of SQL Server, and there's a SQL Server Agent job that hits multiple databases across job steps.

You run the BizTalk Server backup job.
In this scenario, the log shipping configuration fails, and you receive the following error message:
Msg 2601, Level 14, State 1, Procedure bts_ImportSQLAgentJobs, Line 59Cannot insert duplicate key row in object '<object name> ' with unique index '<index name>'
