When this issue occurs, the command line builds run longer than expected, and seem to freeze. It's because the process doesn't exit after the console output indicates that the build is complete.


This issue occurs because a handle from is passed into a child process vshub.exe, and it causes to remain open until vshub.exe terminates and releases the handle. Vshub.exe waits up to five minutes before it times out and exits.


Install the following hotfix to fix the issue and prevent from shutting down after a build is complete:
