Symptoms
Issue 1
Consider the following scenario:

You have an application that uses the HTMLView control.
-
You run the application on a Windows Embedded Compact 2013 device.
-
The application passes a URL that contains a fragment identifier to the HTMLView control navigation command.
In this scenario, the HTMLView control cannot navigate to the webpage section that is specified in the fragment identifier. When this issue occurs, the HTMLView control loads a blank page.
Issue 2
Consider the following scenario:
-
You have an application that uses the HTMLView control.
-
You run the application on a Windows Embedded Compact 2013 device.
-
The application passes a URL that contains a fragment identifier to the HTMLView control navigation command.
Note The navigation command in this URL is the first navigation command of the HTMLView control.
