Symptoms
When Microsoft BizTalk Server connects to WCF-SAP sources or destinations by using a password that contains a special character, such as a double quotation mark ("), this generates an InvalidUriException error.
Cause
This problem occurs because the BizTalk Server 2013 WCF-SAP adapter does not handle double quotation mark and backslash characters in the password correctly.

The fix that resolves this issue is included in Cumulative update package 2 for BizTalk Adapter Pack 2013.
