FIX: "Login Failed" error from TDDS after deletion of MessageBox

Applies to: BizTalk Server 2016 Enterprise with Feature Update, BizTalk Server 2016 Standard with Feature Update, BizTalk Server 2016 Developer with Feature Update

When a MessageBox is deleted, the "Login failed" error occurs from TDDS.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. 

This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
